TESOL Convention is in Portland this year!

Welcome to Portland TESOL convention goers! We are happy to have you here! We will be at the ORTESOL table on Thursday, March 23 from 3-4 pm, and Presenting at 9am on Friday the 25th in the Hyatt (across the street from the convention center) drop by and say hello!

Here are a few favorite resources the Portland ESL Network has to offer.

Portland ESL Network Facebook Discussion Group
Are you a teacher or tutor in the Portland area? Do you have questions or ideas you wish you could bounce off another language instructor?Well, look no further. The Portland ESL Network Facebook Discussion Group, is a public Facebook group designed just for that purpose! All Portland area teachers and tutors are invited to join, share ideas, questions, and opportunities for supporting English language learning.

Portland ESL Network YouTube Channel

During the COVID lockdown, the Portland ESL Network also started its own YouTube channel (they’ve been busy!!). Like the Network’s Facebook page, anyone is welcome and encouraged to join, and to contribute a “One Minute Teaching Tip.”


To join the group, hit the “Subscribe” button. Then, to submit your teaching tip:

Create a one minute video (you can use your cellphone!)
Upload your video to https://wetransfer.com/, and
Through wetransfer, send it to portlandeslnetwork@gmail.com
