Description
Important: To enroll at PCC for the first time, fill out the admissions form online https://www.pcc.edu/enroll/ If you have questions call 971-722-8550 (971-722-6255 in Spanish); or email esolinfo-group@pcc.edu You must also take a placement test for ESL. Class schedule: Spring 2024: April 1 to June 16 Summer 2024: June 24 to Sept. 2 Fall 2024: September 23 to December 15 Most classes are now in person; with a few online classes. Check the school class schedule to find the class and location you need. There are also classes held in your community. Call 971-722-7523 to set up ESL test appointment. ESL: Credit and non-credit classes for reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, communication; beginner to advanced levels (Levels 1-8). Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs. and some Friday classes. Most classes are morning or evening. Go to https://www.pcc.edu/esol for exact class and time/day. Fees for the classes will vary but starting at $120.20 for non-credit classes. GED classes are not held in Hillsboro. At other sites: GED and ABE classes with low fees of $56.20 to $81.80; go to https://www.pcc.edu/ged for details on the classes and days/time, go to: www.pcc.edu/prepare/basic/ for program description, steps to enroll, orientation and placement sessions.
