Description

Important: To enroll at PCC for the first time, fill out the admissions form online https://www.pcc.edu/enroll/ If you have questions call 971-722-8550 (971-722-6255 in Spanish); or email esolinfo-group@pcc.edu .You must also take a placement test for ESL and for GED before enrolling in a class; all 971-722-5234 to schedule.
Class schedule:
Spring 2025: March 31 to June 15
Summer 2025: June 23 to September 7
Fall 2025: September 22 to December 14
Most classes are now in person; with a few online classes. Check the school class schedule to find the class and location you need. There are also classes held in your community. Call 971-722-5234 to set up ESL test appointment.
ESL: Credit and non-credit classes for reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, communication; beginner to advanced levels (Levels 1-6). Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs. and some Friday classes. Most classes are morning or evening.
Go to https://www.pcc.edu/esol for exact class and time/day. Fees for the classes will vary but between $84.80 to $162.10 for non-credit classes.
GED and ABE classes with low fees of $58-$84.80; go to https://www.pcc.edu/ged for details on the classes and days/time, go to: www.pcc.edu/prepare/basic/ for program description, steps to enroll, orientation and placement sessions.
GED Classes are both in person or remote. Classes are Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday, most in person but some are online; morning, afternoon and evening.
