Description
Free online and in person classes and tutoring for residents of Clark County who meet eligibility requirements and have been in the United States for fewer than five years.
In person classes:
St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 5607 NE Gher Rd., Vancouver; on Mondays 6:30-8:00 pm
Lutheran Community Service Bldg, 3600 Main Street, Vancouver 10:00-11:30 am (partially taught in Russian)
Online class: Mondays 9:00-10:30 am.
